  • 3/4oz Lime Juice 

  • 1/2oz Simple Syrup

  • 2oz Bacardi Gold

  • Gosling's Ginger Beer 

  • Lime wedge 

 

Bar Equipment: Jigger, Shaker, Strainer

 

Glass: Highball 

 

Instructions

  1. Using your Jigger pour 3/4oz Lime Juice, 1/2oz Simple Syrup, and 2oz Bacardi Gold into shaker

  2. Add ice and shake 

  3. Strain into Highball glass 

  4. Add ice and top with Gosling's Ginger beer 

  5. Add lime wedge
