  • 4-5 Mint Leaves 

  • 2oz Honey Syrup

  • 1 1/2oz Lime Juice 

  • Lime Wedge 

  • Club Soda 

 

Bar Equipment: Jigger, Shaker 

 

Glass: Wine Glass 

 

Instructions

  1. Using your jigger pour 2oz Honey Syrup, and 1 1/2oz Lime Juice into your saker

  2. Add 4-5 leaves of mint and ice

  3. Lightly shake and dump into your glass 

  4. Top with club soda 

  5. Add lime garnish
