• 1oz Coco Lopez 

• 1 1/2oz Pineapple Juice 

• 2oz Bacardi Superior Rum 

• Maraschino Cherry 

• Strawberry 

• Pineapple leaf 

Bar Equipment: Jigger, Shaker

Glass: Wine Glass 

Instructions 

1. Using your Jigger pour 1oz Coco Lopez, 1 1/2oz Pineapple Juice, and 2oz Baccardi White Rum into your shaker 

2. Shake with ice and strain into your wine glass

3. Add ice

4. Add Pineapple leaf 

5. Skewer Strawberry and cherry together and rest on top of drink
